My name is Ricky Powell and I have been selling real estate in Northeast Oklahoma since 2009 and began managing property in 2015. Since 2005. I am married to my wife Rachel who has also assists in our real estate business and is a licensed broker associate. Together we have 1 boy, Lane born in 2017 and 1 girl, Landry born in 2015. Since beginning my journey in real estate my goal has always been offering excellent service, professional and courteous interactions and not settling for average results. We started Skyline Realty LLC in 2014 and continue to strive for growth in the number of agents we serve, the listings we sell and the property we manage.

Jerry obtained his Oklahoma real estate license and recently joined the Skyline Team. He brings a wealth of business knowledge to the table. He began honing his negotiating skills performing property management in California, while investing in and selling residential real estate as a personal business venture in the 1980’s. He officially retired from a senior leadership position at The Boeing Company in 2014. His career at Boeing spanned thirty-one years and ventured across five states. Along with his business success record, Jerry has a heart for community service. He is a certified Chaplain with the American Chaplains Association (ACA). He volunteers at Mercy Mission II in Glenpool and the Bixby Outreach Center. He leads his own personal Homeless Ministry in the Tulsa metro area. Andrew Brogdon, originally a native of San Jose, California but now a proud Tulsan, has been an active member of his local community for the past ten years. He is thrilled to now be turning his community focus towards real estate. From as far back as he can remember to young adulthood, Jon was working in his family’s rental and investment property business. During this time he not only learned his father’s craft, but also the value of putting in a hard day’s work and making wise financial decisions. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College. He found his post college start in healthcare and now finds himself in the financial industry. He has made a career of solving problems and thinking strategically. These passions are the same things that drive him in real estate. For Jon every customer has a specific end goal they are looking to achieve, and it is his job to strategically align all the right resources to make it happen. Jon looks to provide clients with solid communication, expert advice, and delivery on commitments.

Jennifer Jacobs has always enjoyed helping people. She completed a Master’s Human Relations (MHR) degree from OU and started a consulting business assisting large organizations with process improvements and software training. Jennifer has a high school daughter that attends Riverfield Country Day School (RCDS). Jennifer is an active RCDS volunteer, has held various leadership roles, and is the Chair of the Board of Trustees. For three years, she served as Co-Treasurer for her homeowners’ association. Jennifer was actively involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Tulsa for almost 10 years. In 2014, her McDazzle Co-Chair position contributed to a record-breaking year in raising over half a million dollars. She served as a member of the Tulsa RMHC Board from 2014-2017. She served on the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma Juliet Low Leadership Society Luncheon Committee in 2018 where they awarded 13 girls scholarships. Jennifer served on the Rustic Cuff Project Cuffway 2019 Committee benefiting the National Pancreas Foundation. In 2013, her involvement with residential redevelopment created a path to becoming a REALTOR®. Jennifer loves working with both buyers and sellers to provide customer-focused, personalized service while managing the ins and outs of the full transaction. And as a Broker Associate she still loves the remote office culture while encouraging other agents.
