My open house Scott did brought me offers immediately, thenI ran into many road blocks during the process on the buyers side, some of which had me wanting to throw in the towel on the sale.....however because Scott took care of everything for me and just kept me in the loop, he took the stress off my shoulders and I was able to concentrate on my move and future. He notified me and kept me updated constantly and immediately, even when he was out of town or dealing with other clients. We met Scott at a house he was showing in south Tulsa...he came across as warm and friendly, although we were't interested in that home, he should us many homes over the next several weeks that were keepers but either had a contract or had issues.... he warned us one of that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. Our goal was to be in our new home for the holidays and we made it...November 19th YEA! Scott was the selling realtor of my residence and did a great job. He was/is very personable, professional, attentive, quick to respond and provided the guidance I asked for. Like most people, I had a lot of anxiety when it came to searching for a home of my own. I searched on-and-off for a couple of years before a friend put me in touch with Ricky Powell. I found and purchased a house within a month or so after we started working together. He will send you automated emails with new listings that match your criteria. He'll meet with you any time and is a very affable person who seems to have great connections within the real estate community. I very much appreciated his honesty in communicating my options even when doing so meant less of a take for himself and potentially starting from scratch again. He walked me through the process as many times as I needed. I also noticed that when it came time for him to bring in a contractor to survey the house, he remembered all of the things I wanted and did not want to change. After just a couple of meetings, he had a good grasp on my tastes and my limits as a buyer. I felt like he was on my side with all of the parties involved. He is a quality realtor and person. I know from experience how hard it can be to find a real estate agent that seems competent at their job, much less someone who seems to have their clients true interests and desires at heart. For good reason (they don't get paid until a purchase is made), most agents are simply pushing for a sale. Ricky and Rachel of Skyline Realty, however, represent a welcome departure from this norm. They are immediately welcoming, quick when they need to be, methodical when it counts, and an absolute pleasure to be around. If the typical home-buying experience is comparable to working with a used-car salesman whom you dont quite feel you can trust, working with Ricky and Rachel is more like buying a new car through a childhood friend that owns a dealership. In addition to getting top-notch service, you're going to have the opportunity to shoot the breeze, reminisce, and feel at home. In the Danish culture, there is a pervasive attitude and approach to life that really isn't replicated in American culture. 'Hygge,' the word used to describe this ritual of enjoying life's simple pleasures, has no direct English translation. But it can be summed up as the combination of friends, family, warmth, graciousness, contentment, a slower pace of life, good feelings, and a warm glow surrounding all life's events. I bring up this idea of hygge because I believe it truly describes Ricky and Rachel's approach to life and approach to real estate. They truly make people feel welcomed and appreciated in a way that is unparalled. My wife and I bought a house with Ricky and Rachel a few months ago, and the level of service we received was amazing. We had made several home purchases with another agent in another state prior to working with them, and while our prior home purchases worked out fine, the process of buying was significantly more stressful, confusing, and disjointed prior to buying with Skyline. Ricky and Rachel utilize several tools that make sure they're meeting deadlines and getting the correct information to you at the right time. But behind all of the technology is two caring people that have a genuine love for anyone who passes through their office. Ricky Powell was extremely on the spot and communacative. His local knowledge and responsiveness made buying our house very smooth even though we were not yet in state. I would use him again and recommend him to family and others.

Ricky was extremely kind, helpful, and he always had time to answer questions. Very prompt on returning phone calls, text, or emails. Our situation was a little different because the bank we were buying the home from took forever to make decisions. Ricky was having to nudge them a long on just about everything from the start like the bid we gave all the to the end when we were closing. I couldn't have done this without him. He made this process so smooth and our experience with Ricky Powell was great. I couldn't and wouldn't ask for any other Real Estate agent.

Ricky did very well with our land purchase. On all fronts. We had very difficult sellers. Ricky was talking with them about what it would cost to close on the purchase, and they flipped and only spoke with me from there on out. But he stuck with it making sure our purchase was protected.

They are the property managers of a house we are renting and so far have been great to work with!! We have only had a couple of problems at the house so far and they responded and handled them very promptly. I would recommend them to anyone trying to find a rent house!
